New unit holder registry

As a client of ODIN you are a unit holder in our fund. Your fund units at ODIN are currently registered with the Central Securities Depository (VPS). We have now developed our own unit holder registry and will, by the end of February 2018, move your units to an account directly with ODIN.

What do you need to do?
You do not need to do anything at all. We will take care of everything. The only new thing you will notice is a new account number in which your units are registered.

We are not charging any transaction fees for the move of units. We do not charge our customers with loads-, transaction or shareholder fees either. The standard fixed annual management fee will still be the only fee you will be presented with as a customer of ODIN.

Moving your fund units from VPS to ODIN will have no tax-related consequences and no effect on your rights as a fund client.

Information about the move
Upon completion of the move, you will receive a confirming notification from VPS.

Why are we doing this?
We want to make life easier for our clients, that is why you from now on will now receive all communications directly from us and not a third party. We want your client relationship experience with ODIN to be as straightforward as possible.
