Amendments to the Articles of Association in several ODIN funds – The proposed introduction of swing pricing

On Monday, May 6, a unit holder meeting was held in connection with planned amendments to the articles of association in several of ODIN’s funds.

    Amendments to the articles of association are approved if a majority of at least 75 percent of the votes cast is achieved.

    As majority was reached in all funds, all the amendments to the articles of association were approved in the unit holder meeting.

  • ODIN meldt haar fondsen voor verhandeling in Nederland af.

    ODIN Forvaltning AS heeft besloten haar fondsen voor verhandeling in Nederland af te melden. De afmelding geldt voor de volgende fondsen: ODIN Norge, ODIN Sverige, ODIN Norden en ODIN Europa.

    Als gevolg hiervan zullen de fondsen niet langer in Nederland worden verhandeld, noch zal ODIN PRIIPS KID-documenten voor de bovengenoemde fondsen in het Nederlands publiceren, op voorwaarde dat er geen resterende Nederlandse beleggers in de fondsen zijn.

    Nederlandse beleggers die hun rechten van deelneming in de fondsen willen aflossen, kunnen dit kosteloos doen.

    De afmelding gaat per direct in vanaf vandaag, 15 februari 2023. Alle verhandeling en distributie van de fondsen is gestopt.
