The majority of the unitholders in the funds concerned have consented to the merger in separate unitholder meetings. The mergers were implemented on 25 November 2019.

ODIN Finland/ODIN Norden
There was a substantial majority of advance and on-the-day votes in favour of the merger:
97.09 per cent of the votes in ODIN Finland and 99.78 per cent of the votes in ODIN Norden were in favour of the merger between the two funds, with ODIN Norden being the acquiring fund.

ODIN Energi/ODIN Global
There was a substantial majority of advance and on-the-day votes in favour of the merger:
97.37 per cent of the votes in ODIN Energi and 99.35 per cent of the votes in ODIN Global were in favour of the merger between the two funds, with ODIN Global being the acquiring fund.

On 9 December 2019, the custodian bank of the funds, Handelsbanken NUF, prepared a confirmation of the merger having been completed pursuant to Section 5-6 of the Securities Funds Act.
