ODIN Norden/ODIN Norden II
There was a substantial majority of advance and on-the-day votes in favour of the merger:
100 per cent of the votes in ODIN Norden II and 99.46 per cent of the votes in ODIN Norden were in favour of the merger between the two funds, with ODIN Norden being the acquiring fund.

ODIN Sverige/ODIN Sverige II
There was a substantial majority of advance and on-the-day votes in favour of the merger:
100 per cent of the votes in ODIN Sverige II and 80.54 per cent of the votes in ODIN Sverige were in favour of the merger between the two funds, with ODIN Sverige being the acquiring fund.

ODIN Global/ODIN Global II
There was a substantial majority of advance and on-the-day votes in favour of the merger:
100 per cent of the votes in ODIN Global II and 99.997 per cent of the votes in ODIN Global were in favour of the merger between the two funds, with ODIN Global being the acquiring fund.

On 30 June 2016, the custodian bank of the funds, Handelsbanken NUF, prepared a confirmation of the merger having been completed pursuant to Section 5-6 of the Securities Funds Act.
