ODIN Forvaltning is set to implement two significant changes in its funds effective August 15, 2024. These changes include a shift in the pricing time for ODIN’s equity funds and the introduction of swing pricing.

On Monday, May 6, a unit holder meeting was held in connection with planned amendments to the articles of association in several of Odin's funds.

Swing pricing is a mechanism that ensures that you as a saver and investor in funds, do not have to pay when others buy and sell shares in your fund. The effect is simply explained that those who sell or buy must pay for the cost associated with the trade.

We kindly ask those who wish to attend the annual election meeting the 10th of April 2024 to submit this in writing.

In connection with ODIN Forvaltning AS having received approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority and the company’s board to carry out a merger between ODIN Global and ODIN Europa, a unitholder meeting was held for the unitholders of the two funds on Monday, February 12.

Odin plans to merge ODIN Europe and ODIN Global.
