Principles for Responsible Investments

In 2012, we signed and committed to adhering to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), becoming a PRI signatory.

More specifically, we at Odin commit to:

  • Incorporating ESG factors into our investment analysis and decision-making processes to enhance long-term value creation.
  • Being active owners and integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into our ownership practices and engagement with portfolio companies.
  • Seeking transparency by encouraging the companies we invest in to disclose ESG-related information.
  • Promoting acceptance and implementation of the PRI principles within the investment industry
  • Collaborating with other investors to enhance the effectiveness of our responsible investment efforts and promote best practices.
  • Reporting on our activities and progress in implementing the Principles for Responsible Investment.
