Investment universe: Our thorough analysis naturally excludes many companies based on risk profiles and future prospects. To provide transparency and assurance, we apply clear exclusion criteria, outlined in Odin’s Responsible Investment Policy, defining which sectors and companies are not included in our funds.

Company analysis: We assess not just what companies do, but how well they do it. This includes evaluating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risks and opportunities within the sustainable transition. We also evaluate how well boards and management are equipped to address both challenges and opportunities.

Active ownership: At Odin, active ownership is central to our long-term investment approach. We believe in using our influence to engage with companies, fostering sustainable value creation. Through dialogue, participation in nomination committees, and voting at shareholder meetings, we address key ESG issues. This proactive engagement helps companies improve their practices, adapt to challenges, and unlock long-term growth, benefiting both shareholders and society

Regular screenings: We continuously review our portfolios to ensure alignment with our expectations. When concerns arise, we engage with companies to encourage improvements. If a company fails to demonstrate the willingness or ability to change over time, we will divest.
